The Director will lead a high-volume, multi-program environment that includes undergraduate programs, early college initiatives, lifelong learning, and workforce development offerings, each with unique billing schedules and compliance requirements. The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000. Mount Wachusett Community College employees are also eligible for a comprehensive suite of benefits (see MWCC's Division of Human Resources and Payroll website).
