| About IBLCE: The International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) is an international credentialing body whose mission is to serve the global public interest by advancing professional practice in lactation consultation and support through credentialing. IBLCE established its certification programme in 1985 and is a global organization with nearly 38,000 IBCLCs in 136 countries. Senior Brand & Communications Manager Manages the brands, content strategies, digital communications, design and oversight of websites, e-newsletters, briefings, social media posts, and other communications of IBLCE, a global non-profit credentialing organization and its affiliates- the IBCLC Commission, MILCC, and the Global Centre for Lactation Training (GCLT)®. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, digital and social media strategies and implementation, enhancing the organization’s and affiliates’ brand presence, and keeping up to date the IBLCE, affiliates, and Care Award websites design and content, creating promotional and conference/exhibit materials and to serve IBCLCs and other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner. Work Environment It is an office setting with a moderate level of noise from computers, printers, and light traffic. Only candidates within the DMV area will be considered, as this position is a hybrid position, with work in office 2 to 3 days a week, after an initial probation period of working in the office 5 days a week.
