| The Chief Operating Officer (COO), UCSF Health Network, is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the UCSF Health Network, including the Affiliate Partner Network, Community Hospitals Division, Network Ambulatory Centers and Physician Foundation. Reporting to the President of UCSF Health Network, the COO will oversee day-to-day operations, performance improvement, and the delivery of integrated, high quality care across the UCSF Health Network locations. In addition to optimizing performance at current sites, the COO will play a pivotal role in expanding the UCSF Health Network to improve access to care for patients in the Bay Area. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $350,100 - $525,200 (Annual Rate).
