| EOC Student Service Manager - Student Support Advisement (EOC HEA) POSITION DETAILS The State University of New York, Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center (BEOC), administered by New York City College of Technology/ CUNY, provides tuition-free academic and workforce development training to eligible New York State residents, offering a pathway to lifelong learning, college access and economic self-sufficiency. The BEOC welcomes applications for the position of EOC Student Services Manager - Student Support Advisement. The EOC Student Services Manager - Student Support Advisement leads the BEOC student support advising team in delivering comprehensive, student-centered program assistance and guidance. This role oversees the provision of student support services, including individual and group advisement, professional and personal development programs, and referrals to both internal and community resources. The EOC Student Services Manager - Student Support Advisement is responsible for tracking student progress, facilitating the development and implementation of effective intervention methodologies, and fostering student success through proactive engagement and retention strategies. QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

CUNY TITLE EOC Higher Education Associate FLSA Exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $98,995 - $113,982. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
