| EOC Associate Director of Operations (EOC HEA) POSITION DETAILS The State University of New York, Brooklyn Educational Opportunity Center (BEOC), administered by New York City College of Technology/ CUNY, provides tuition-free academic and workforce development training to eligible New York State residents, offering a pathway to lifelong learning, college access and economic self-sufficiency. The BEOC welcomes applications for the position of EOC Associate Director of Operations. The EOC Associate Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing comprehensive operational functions at BEOC. This position provides leadership, strategic oversight, and direct supervision across all operational and support-service staff, ensuring efficient, compliant, and mission-aligned operations. Reporting to the Executive Director, the key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

CUNY TITLE EOC Higher Education Associate FLSA Exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $98,995 - $113,982. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
