| Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) is a statewide, member-driven professional organization representing physicians, residents and medical students across all specialties. The OSMA advocates for high-quality patient care, sound health policy, and the professional interests of physicians while promoting the health of the public. The organization is located in Columbus, Ohio and has an annual operating budget of approximately $3 million and employs 14 staff responsible for administration, communications, membership, education, accreditation, governance, government affairs, legal services and meeting management. Position Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the organization’s senior executive leader and is responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and operational performance of the organization. Working in close partnership with the executive committee and Council (governing board), the CEO advances the OSMA’s mission through effective advocacy, member engagement, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership.
