OneBlood is seeking a strategic, mission-driven leader to serve as our next Executive Vice President / Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO). This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by driving financial excellence, operational performance, and long?term organizational growth.

The EVP/CFAO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and serves as a trusted advisor to the President and CEO. This leader is responsible for the strategic direction, oversight, and performance of the organization’s finance, supply chain, fleet, facilities, and construction functions.

This role oversees organizational planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and operational strategy to ensure the achievement of both short and long-term organizational goals.

As the Executive Vice President / CFAO, you will:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to support organizational decision-making
  • Ensure accurate and GAAP?compliant financial statements
  • Oversee banking, investment management, cash flow, liquidity, and debt structure
  • Lead audit processes and IRS Form 990 filings
  • Design and execute business strategies, performance metrics, and growth plans
  • Assess and manage corporate risk and insurance programs
  • Oversee daily operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Fleet, Facilities & Construction
  • Analyze data to evaluate and optimize organizational performance
  • Support expansion activities—including investments, acquisitions, and alliances
  • Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, financial institutions, and vendors

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced executive with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant executive financial leadership
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations, organizational infrastructure, and operational metrics
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead high?performing teams and complex operational functions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
