Project Manager Research - Ophthalmology

Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Department of Ophthalmology has an outstanding opportunity for a Research Project Manager. The Research Project Manager (RPM) will provide professional and administrative level lead support for multi-funded and multi-site research studies with a focus on epidemiology, ophthalmic imaging and ophthalmology evaluation, neuroimaging analyses, and dementia neuropathology. The RPM will be responsible for the coordination and administration of these research projects under the direction of the Principal Investigator. The RPM will develop, implement, and coordinate research and administrative procedures for the successful management of the research projects. The RPM will perform diverse duties that include overall administrative and research support for the PI and co- investigators, writing and editing reports, developing and monitoring reports, submitting/maintaining IRB applications, processing/maintaining the budget, working with collaborating institutions and other national and international project collaborators, and training/directing the work of assigned staff in related areas as needed.Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:
