The salary range for this position is listed below, with the final salary based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and internal equity considerations: Sr. Gift Processing Specialist: $46,600 - $58,250 Requirements A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of progressively responsible experience working with financial and accounting data. Prior experience with charitable gifts under $10,000, along with a foundational understanding of accounting, is preferred. A successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to process gifts in a timely and accurate manner while meeting obligatory deadlines. Dependability is essential to ensure consistent data input and output. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage highly detailed, confidential work both independently and as part of a team. During the crucial calendar year-end period, Gift Processing staff will often work on days when the University is closed to process and acknowledge gifts in accordance with professional and legal requirements. At fiscal year-end, another demanding period of the year, vacations and scheduled time off are not usually granted (May through mid-June).
