| The Assistant Division Manager provides financial expertise and directs budgetary and financial analyses that contribute to the organization and overall functioning of the HIV, ID and Global Medicine division. Working closely with the Division Manager, this position oversees, monitors and reports on the overall financial performance of the division; has expert knowledge of Department of Medicine and University finance systems including, but not limited to MyReports, UC Path, Peoplesoft, BearBuy, PLUS, DOMBO cFTE; analyzes regular and ad hoc reports for professional fees, division accounts, gift accounts, faculty discretionary accounts; manages and directs the annual fiscal year budgeting process. Serves as an expert to ensure compliance with UCSF accounting practices; supervises division finance analysts; oversees petty cash, general ledger verification and reconciliation of accounts The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $124,500 - $186,700 (Annual Rate).
