Harvard FCU: https://harvardfcu.org/ Job Description Harvard Federal Credit Union (Harvard FCU) is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager! Our ideal candidate will focus on providing exceptional customer experience in all member touchpoints including in person, phone, and digital interactions and communications. In addition, they will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager, and providing timely, accurate service to all members. While this position will train at one of our locations, its primary branch will be in Harvard Square. The branch location is subject to change, based on business needs. Job-Specific Responsibilities: As a key leadership position, the Assistant Branch Manager leads by example and is responsible for assisting the Branch manager in the day-to-day branch operations. Additional Information Working Conditions: Onsite work is performed in an office setting. Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week with occasional Saturday mornings on rotation. This position is fully on site.
