Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Radiology Administration Department in the role of Manager - Imaging Services. We are seeking a proactive, engaged, and collaborative imaging services leader to oversee the full scope of radiology operations at IU Health Arnett Hospital and its surrounding outpatient clinics. This role provides day-to-day operational leadership for imaging services teams, ensures high-quality patient care, and partners cross-functionally with physicians, nurses, technologists, and clinical support teams to strengthen service delivery and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong imaging experience, supervisor-level leadership exposure, and a go-getter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs, remove barriers, and support teams across multiple locations. Key Relationships Reports to: Director - Allied Services Direct reports: Yes Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday Location: Lafayette, IN (Arnett Hospital and surrounding) The Scope: The Manager - Imaging Services will lead operations for the entire radiology scope at IU Health Arnett, including hospital-based and outpatient clinics. This role ensures teams have the resources, support, and oversight needed to provide safe, timely, and high-quality imaging care. The manager also serves as a liaison between imaging services, physicians, nursing, and other departments escalating and resolving operational barriers, supporting regulatory readiness, and championing continuous improvement. This role takes on larger-scale issues and responsibilities to relieve supervisors of escalated or complex operational challenges, supporting high performance across all imaging modalities.
