| Student Life Child Center Specialist (Group Teacher) - Early Childhood Center POSITION DETAILS Brooklyn College is soliciting applications for the position of Student Life Child Center Specialist/Group Teacher in the Early Childhood Center. Reporting to the Director of the Child Care Center, the Child Center Group Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for preschool-aged children. This role focuses on curriculum development, child supervision, ongoing assessment, and parent engagement. The Teacher will perform the duties of a Group Teacher as outlined by the NYC DOH. The teacher also trains and supervises interns and college work-study students and participates in professional development. CUNY TITLE Higher Education Assistant FLSA Exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $59,493 - $68,364; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
