We are looking for a dynamic and relational educational leader to serve as Director of Teaching, Learning & Innovation (TLI) at our Wentworth Campus. Our Junior school is a vibrant and future-focused learning community where innovation, belonging, and wellbeing are foundational. This is an opportunity to shape the academic direction of a thriving JK–7 campus while working alongside talented educators and engaged families in a highly collaborative environment. This a Permanent Full-Time position starting on August 24, 2026. The Director of Teaching, Learning & Innovation is a key member of the Wentworth Campus Leadership Team as well as Collingwood’s Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Junior School Principal, this leader shapes and advances the academic vision of JK–7 while ensuring alignment with whole-school strategic priorities. This role combines instructional leadership, curriculum oversight, faculty growth and coaching, innovation, and systems design. The Director of TLI works in close partnership with division and academic learning leaders, faculty growth coaches, campus administration, and the Senior School Director of TLI to ensure coherence, continuity, and excellence across the school. Additional Salary Information: The annual hiring range for this position is from $142,000 to $159,000. Candidates with strong skills and experience may be considered for a higher starting salary.
