The Middle School Dean of Students plays a pivotal role in shaping the culture, well-being, and daily student experience of Bosque School’s middle school. Working closely with the Middle School Division Head, the Dean of Students helps cultivate a community where students feel known, supported, and challenged to grow. This role blends student support, culture leadership, and collaboration with faculty and families. The Dean of Students partners with colleagues to guide student conduct, support social-emotional development, and help students navigate the complexities of adolescence with accountability, care, and respect. The Dean of Students also contributes to student learning by teaching designated components of the middle school WELLBEING curriculum. Through daily presence, thoughtful partnership with adults, and meaningful engagement with students, the Dean of Students helps steward a middle school environment where community, responsibility, and belonging thrive.
