| Job Title: Electrical Engineer Department: Engineering Reports To: Vice President of Engineering FLSA Status: Exempt Safety Sensitive: Yes Summary The Electrical Engineer supports the cooperative’s mission by applying engineering principles to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of electric power and fiber-optic services. This role contributes to the planning, design, analysis, and continuous improvement of the electric distribution system and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network. Working collaboratively across departments, the Electrical Engineer assists in developing engineering solutions that enhance system performance, support system expansion, and improve member and subscriber satisfaction. This position also supports the integration of communications infrastructure with electric operations to advance automation, reliability, and smart grid capabilities.
