Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services organization in the role of Team Lead - Information Services. We are seeking a hands-on technical leader who will oversee day-to-day operations for a small team supporting laboratory information systems and laboratory equipment applications, including Roche, Sysmex, and Data Innovations. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and light project management to ensure high-quality support, timely issue resolution, and strong collaboration with clinical, technical, and vendor partners. The Scope: The Team Lead - Information Services is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a team that supports laboratory applications and equipment platforms used in clinical environments. This role serves as an escalation point for analysts, ensures work quality and accuracy, and partners with vendors to support reliable, efficient laboratory operations. The position also functions as a project manager, helping juggle a large portfolio of concurrent work (often 80-100 projects at varying stages) while maintaining service quality and team engagement.
