| Position Summary The Director of Facilities & Capital Projects provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the school’s physical infrastructure and built environment. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and well-functioning campus facilities while leading long-range capital planning, major renovation projects, and stewardship of institutional assets. The Director ensures that daily maintenance operations align with long-term campus planning priorities and supports the school’s mission through effective management of facilities resources and capital investments. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO). Primary Responsibilities
