The Senior Productivity Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and financial stewardship across the pediatric health system. This position is responsible for analyzing workforce productivity, optimizing staffing models, and ensuring alignment with budgeted position control systems within the ERP platform.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required)
Experience
Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, workforce productivity, or financial analysis. (Required)
Hands-on experience with position control systems in a major ERP (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Lawson, SAP). (Required)
Experience in integrated health systems or large hospital networks. (Required)
Certifications
CPA, CHFP, FHFMA (Preferred)
Special Skills
Understanding of clinical and non-clinical staffing models. (Required)
Knowledge of healthcare operations and labor standards. (Required)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). (Required)
