Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Behavioral Program Administrator serves as a core member of the Hermann Center clinical and research team, working across disciplines to support the development, testing, implementation, and sustainability of innovative behavioral health programs. This role integrates program leadership, management, research collaboration, and clinical care within a dynamic academic medical setting.This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable working at the intersection of clinical care, program leadership, and research. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful leader, strong collaborator, and systems thinker who is passionate about advancing innovative models of care for young children and families. ________________________________________ About the Hermann Center The Hermann Center is a research-focused clinical enterprise dedicated to advancing innovative behavioral health interventions for children and families, beginning as early as pregnancy. The Center serves as a platform for developing, testing, and refining new models of care through the integration of research, clinical practice, and community collaboration. Through this work, the Hermann Center provides high-quality, collaborative behavioral health services while improving access to comprehensive mental health care. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to prevention, early intervention, and holistic approaches that strengthen caregiver-child relationships, support developmental foundations, and improve long-term outcomes.
