Part Time Business Instructor

University High School of Indiana seeks a dynamic educator to teach business classes beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Course loads could include accounting, personal finance, and AP Business with Personal Finance. Ideal candidates will have a passion for high school business education, emphasizing strong interpersonal relationships with students and colleagues, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to engage beyond the classroom such as leading our robust DECA club. 

Faculty members at University High School are responsible for all tasks related to instruction, including planning, implementing, and assessing a curriculum that fits the school’s mission to expand the hearts and minds of its students through academic, creative, and physical achievement. Teachers also support the educational system of the school as a whole.  

This is currently a 0.4 FTE position and comes with no benefits. There is the possibility of it being full time with benefits with in-house substitute responsibilities.
