Student Office Assistant (Flexible Part-Time, $16–$20/hr)

Position Overview:
This is a flexible, part-time role designed specifically for students. You’ll assist with communication, organization, and light administrative work while gaining real-world business experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls from our work phone
• Monitor and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with basic administrative tasks in company apps (scheduling, updates, data entry)
• Keep internal systems organized and up to date
• Communicate updates to team members as needed

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Highly reliable and responsive
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using apps/technology (we will train)
• Able to think independently and solve simple problems

Schedule & Pay:

• $16–$20/hour depending on experience
• 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule around classes
• Some daytime availability preferred
