Job Type: Full Time Job Description: The Operational Excellence Department at Syracuse University Libraries seeks an Assessment, Analytics, and Reporting Manager to provide analytical leadership across library departments, with emphasis on assessment, analytics, and reporting.This role leads data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform decision-making, while managing analytics and assessment with a broad view of the Libraries strategic milestones. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Manager oversees survey, assessment, and analytics processes; maintains strategic plan metrics; ensures consistent data collection, documentation, and storage, prepares dashboards, reports, and data summaries in accessible formats. In collaboration with partners, the Manager designs and implements assessment projects using quantitative and qualitative methods, administers surveys, analyzes feedback, and identifies trends. The Manager evaluates processes, recommends improvements, and guides implementation. The role supports budgeting and financial operations, monitors expenditures, assists with estimated finals, and develops complex spreadsheets and financial models. This position supervises staff, supports special projects, and provides backup to the Executive Director.
