Our division is comprised of leading student affairs experts who support our campus on pressing student life matters including public service, health, wellbeing, connection and belonging, residential living, food services, sports, recreation, career services, and student activities and organizations including sorority and fraternity life. We provide support and services to roughly 25,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students on multiple campuses in the U.S. and abroad.
The Temporary Accounting Transaction Specialist serves as a member of the Student and Campus Life Finance team supporting approximately 1,300+ student groups/organizations. This position will monitor, process, and approve financial transactions while working closely with the Financial Manager to ensure compliance and consistency with each transaction. This position is regularly required to exercise reasoning, analytical thought, creativity and innovation within scope of tasks. The hourly rate for this position is $25.50/hour. This is a temporary position that will begin as soon as possible and last for 1 year. Extension beyond the term end date is dependent on business need, continued funding, and performance. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
