About the Role

We are seeking a mission-driven DUAL CERTIFIED Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), ideally dual certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), to join our expanding team full time, with a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week. This combination allows for whole woman care that bridges emotional, hormonal, and physiological needs.

We strongly prefer CNM with post graduate PMHNP candidates. We will also consider Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) who hold PMHNP certification and have deep experience and passion for integrative women’s mental health.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with our clinicians and Head of NPs in a supportive, collaborative, mentorship oriented environment.
• Provide holistic and comprehensive assessments tailored to women’s unique mental health and hormonal needs.
• Explore creative approaches to care, including functional and hormonal perspectives, while remaining grounded in evidence based practice.
• Collaborate with therapists and support networks to deliver integrated, team based care.
• Monitor mental health along the continuum and manage a steady, thriving caseload in outpatient telehealth settings, with a focus on continuity and long term engagement.

About You

Our ideal candidate:

• Is dual certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with at least four years of full scope women’s health experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• If not a CNM, is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who also holds PMHNP certification and has substantial experience caring for women across the lifespan.
• Is confident and compassionate, with a strong background in women’s health and mental health care.

Licensure and Requirements

Certification

• Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Dual certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and PMHNP is strongly preferred.
• WHNPs and FNPs with PMHNP certification and robust women’s health experience are also encouraged to apply.

Technology and Work Environment

• Reliable, high speed internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Computer and equipment suitable for secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth care.

Office Hours

• Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, based on the local time of the state where you provide care.
