With general supervision from Testing and Inspecting (T&I) Manager or designee, the FM T&I Worker provides testing and inspecting services for fire protection systems. Campus systems include fire alarm, sprinkler and extinguishment equipment. The employee accomplishes this task through the coordination of services with their manager. Responsible for effectively maintaining key management. Perform whole building fire extinguisher swap outs including assisting with maintaining inventory to track those swap outs.
Subject to shift changes and extended working hours (including nights, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to meet business needs.
The occupants of this position will be represented by Teamsters Local 317.
