Executive Summary The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course (KSC), one of Asia’s most respected and high?performing public golfing destinations, is seeking an experienced Fleet & Equipment Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of its equipment assets. This role oversees a substantial fleet—200+ golf carts and a full suite of turf maintenance machinery—and leads a workshop team of 9 mechanics. The successful candidate will bring a balanced blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial discipline, contributing directly to the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operations across a 54-hole championship facility. Organisation Overview KSC is a landmark golfing facility offering 54 holes of world-class public golf. Its scale, environmental setting, and consistently high service standards demand a highly reliable and well?managed fleet. The equipment operation is central to delivering championship-level turf conditions and daily course readiness. The Fleet & Equipment Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, ensuring that all mechanical assets—from golf carts to greens mowers—are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards.
Role Purpose To provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of the golf course’s entire equipment fleet. The Fleet & Equipment Manager is accountable for equipment reliability, safety, preventative maintenance planning, workshop performance, cost management, and long-term asset lifecycle planning. The role requires strong coordination with agronomy and operations teams and thrives in a multinational, multicultural working environment.
