This role works across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions alongside AI product development and organizational leadership to identify and advance the AI opportunities that matter most. This role is where AI strategy becomes reality. You will own the product vision and delivery roadmap for a portfolio of clinical and operational AI initiatives, working across one of the most integrated health systems in the country to build solutions that change how care is delivered and how the organization runs. Position Summary:
This is a role for someone who wants to lead AI product work that actually matters. You will define and drive the roadmap for AI initiatives across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy domains, taking ideas from discovery through validation, deployment, and scale. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and operational leaders to build AI solutions that are clinically sound, operationally viable, and genuinely adopted. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog. It is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes. Job DutiesKey Responsibilities:
