Position Summary The ERIE21 Youth Program Administrator is responsible for the strategic development, systemic implementation, and collaborates with colleagues to exhibit high-level management of services for secondary students across local school districts (primarily Syracuse City schools), with a focus on regional urban and rural partnerships. A primary responsibility of this role is the oversight of Career & Technical Education (CTE) bridge programming, ensuring a seamless and measurable transition from vocational and technical career tracks into additional ERIE21 programs and high-growth potential pathways.
