Summary:
The Practice Manager, Women's Health / OB-GYN is responsible for the daily operations of an ambulatory women's health practice. This role ensures efficient clinic workflows, excellent patient experience, and effective coordination of administrative and clinical support functions. The Practice Manager partners with clinical leadership to support quality care delivery, staff engagement, and operational performance. Responsibilities:
1.Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, scheduling, and clinic workflow execution. 2.Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, including hiring support, coaching, performance management, and staff development. 3.Support patient access and experience, ensuring timely scheduling, clear communication, and service excellence. 4.Monitor operational performance, including volume, access, and workflow efficiency, and implement improvements as needed. 5.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards. 6.Support financial operations, including budget adherence, expense management, and coordination with revenue cycle processes. 7.Partner with providers and clinical leaders to support care delivery, address operational needs, and maintain effective communication. 8.Maintain staffing models and schedules to support patient demand and operational efficiency. 9.Promote a positive work environment, supporting employee engagement, teamwork, and retention. 10.Other duties as required. Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, minimum eight years of experience in healthcare leadership is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, administrative, or practice operations required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in ambulatory care, women's health, or a related clinical service line required.
- Certification in Healthcare Management required within 2 years of the role
