The Senior Stewardship Officer will report to the Executive Director for Advancement, Arts & Sciences and will serve as a subject matter expert on stewardship activities for the school. They will join the teamâ™s Stewardship Officer to play a critical role in ensuring long-term donor satisfaction and maximizing the impact of donor support. The incumbent will work with leadership to acknowledge donors and produce both standard and highly-curated impact reports. The Senior Stewardship Officer will collaborate with Donor Relations and the Arts & Sciences Stewardship Officer to ensure Arts & Sciences donors receive comprehensive scholarship and professorship reporting. The Senior Stewardship Officer will take a lead role in fund administration management. This role requires strong relationship, analytical, and communication skills and a deep understanding of donor engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful collaborations with colleagues across departments, divisions, or Schools. Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities: Manage Arts and Sciences Stewardship Activities & Impact Reporting  Act as a subject matter expert on stewardship for the School and ensure Arts & Sciences donors are recognized for their giving.
 Produce or support impact reports on Arts & Sciences funds by:
 Ensure Fund Impact Reporting and Scholarship Stewardship In partnership with Donor Relations and the teamâ™s Stewardship Officer, ensure WashU donors receive fund impact reporting and comprehensive scholarship stewardship.  Oversee named graduate and undergraduate scholarship matching and stewardship for Arts & Sciences, in collaboration with Donor Relations:
  Support Fund Administration In partnership with the Executive Director of Advancement for Arts & Sciences, support fund administration, and management for the School by:
 Support Team Operations
 Perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
