![]() Executive Director of Network Operations Location: Brockton, MA Category: Executive/Administrative Job Type: Full-time Posted On: Fri Apr 24 2026 Job Description: Position Overview: The Executive Director of Network Operations provides senior technical leadership for the College's network and infrastructure environment. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and operating enterprise networking, server, and infrastructure systems across multiple campuses and off-site locations. The position directly supervises the Network Services team and serves as the highest escalation point for complex network and infrastructure issues. The Executive Director manages vendor relationships and ensures alignment with institutional goals, cybersecurity requirements, and public-sector compliance standards. In the absence of the CIO, the Executive Director performs assigned CIO duties and provides continuity of ITS operations. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Additional Information: Position Status: Non-Unit Professional, Full-Time State Funded with Benefits. Hours: 37.5 per week Hybrid Schedule Option: This position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule in accordance with the College's telework policy and may be limited based on departmental needs.
