The APP provides care for critically ill premature and full-term infants with emphasis place on family centered culturally diverse sensitive care. In collaboration with the Neonatologist, the APP has daily responsibility for the assessment and management of patients in high and low acuity. The Advanced Practice Provider practices in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a continuum of primary, acute and or subspecialty healthcare to their patients. They enhance the quality of care through education and clinical practice utilizing advanced practice, knowledge and research.
Pay Transparency: Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
