![]() Clinical Operations Administrator Title: Clinical Operations Administrator Location: Upper East Side Org Unit: Nephrology and Hypertension Work Days: Weekly Hours: 35.00 Exemption Status: Exempt Salary Range: $115,920.00 - $140,175.00 *As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices Position Summary Provides direct oversight of clinical practice management and facility operations. Job Responsibilities
Approximately 7 years of previous academic clinical practice and or hospital management experience Strong operations background with an emphasis on clinical operations and administration functions. Successful track record of managing diverse business units and building, as well as retaining, highly effective operational teams. Highly evolved management and staff administration and motivation skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to develop balanced business arrangements and negotiate comprehensive business transactions Excellent written and oral communication skills. Successful track record of managing diverse business units and building, as well as retaining, highly effective operational teams. Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to Medicare, Medicaid, NYS Department of Health and Joint Commission and the National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG) is highly desired.
