While clinical audiologists at Yale Hearing and Balance Center do not have dedicated time to complete research projects, there are typically one to two small-scale studies being completed. Audiology externs are welcome to participate. Additionally, audiology externs are encouraged to complete any independent research projects they're interested in, with the acknowledgment that clinical duties account for over 90% of time spent in the clinic.
