We are looking for a Project Manager / ProjectArchitect who takes ownership, leads through complexity, and drives projects forward with clarity and confidence. You’ll lead civic, aquatic, and community-focused projects across the Denver Metro area and throughout Colorado—working directly with firm leadership while playing a key role in both project execution and team collaboration. What You’ll Do Project Leadership & Client Management - Lead projects from concept through construction administration
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Lead meetings, presentations, and project decision-making
Project Execution & Coordination - Own scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams
- Align teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality outcomes
Documentation & Technical Quality - Oversee development of construction documents with a focus on accuracy and coordination
- Actively review internal and consultant drawings to ensure consistency, quality, and constructability
- Coordinate specifications and technical details across all project components
Construction Phase Leadership - Manage RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities
- Conduct site visits and maintain alignment with design intent
- Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects on track
Team Leadership - Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards
What Success Looks Like - You manage multiple projects effectively with minimal oversight
- Clients trust you—you communicate clearly and follow through
- Projects stay on track because you actively manage schedule, budget, and coordination
- Your drawings are aligned, coordinated, and buildable
- You identify issues early and resolve them before they impact the project
Bonus If You Bring - Experience with public engagement or stakeholder-driven projects
- Familiarity with cost estimating or working alongside estimators
- Experience presenting to cities, boards, or community groups
- Experience with Lumion or other visualization tools
