| Position Overview The assistant dean of accreditation, CQI and special projects will provide leadership for the programmatic review and strategic plan for the medical education program at OSUCOM. As a member of the senior leader medical education team, the assistant dean will report to the Vice Dean of Education and will provide leadership within the medical school to ensure LCME accreditation standards are monitored for compliance, working collaboratively with other leaders through the college and the evaluation and assessment team to ensure a through systematic program evaluation and a comprehensive medical student assessment plan. Will also participate in institutional accreditation as appropriate. Performance Objectives
