Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the HR Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of the Human Resources Office. This position serves as the front-facing representative for HR on campus and provides essential administrative and operational support across the department. The HR Coordinator is often the first point of contact for employees and visitors, whether in person, by phone, or via email, and helps ensure that every interaction with HR is professional, helpful, and welcoming. While front-desk activity varies throughout the day, the position is fully integrated into HR operations and supports onboarding, payroll coordination, personnel processing, and general HR administration. Participate as a collaborative member of the HR team, contributing to a positive, organized, and service-oriented office culture. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Administrative experience in Human Resources, higher education, or a customer-service-focused office environment.
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Increase of 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
