We are looking for a DVM to work a flexible 3–5 days a week and share a weekday and weekend on-call rotation amongst 4 doctors.

Typical hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday–Friday and Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.

We are a busy mixed-animal practice in Southwest Minnesota committed to high-quality, collaborative veterinary care. Our diverse client base and strong team culture reflect our core values. We offer tailored contracts, shared emergency coverage, and a supportive, mentorship-focused environment. Our skilled staff is fully utilized, well-trained, and supported with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth.

We see canine, feline, equine, bovine, small ruminants, some DNR wildlife, and occasional exotic patients. Services include reproduction health, herd checks, surgeries, wellness and comprehensive exams, advanced diagnostics, equine radiology and dentistry, surgical laser, portable radiology, ultrasound, and dental radiographs.
