| Job Description This position provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and administrative oversight for Pine Technical and Community College's (PTCC) Child Care Aware (CCA) program. The Director ensures effective supervision of staff; high-quality program design and delivery; strong fiscal and grant management; and productive internal and external partnerships. The position leads planning and coordination efforts for the Northeast Child Care Aware District and collaborates with partner regions and tribal early childhood organizations to ensure contract compliance and service excellence. Salary Range: $30.55 - $44.24/hour Main Responsibilities

Other Requirements In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor vehicle Records check.
