EHR Application I Analyst

BJC is hiring for an EHR Application I Analyst.  This role is taking tickets and addressing Epic issues.  We are looking for a background in IT.  This is a remote position, but looking for applicants in the metro St. Louis area.   Onsite will be required from time to time.  We are looking for candidates with hardware support and Epic is a plus.

Role Purpose

Under regular direction, the EHR Application Analyst I provides build support for Epic & other Clinical applications as it relates to change requests, maintenance and project business demands. Responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, supporting and maintaining software applications. Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, Technology and other corporate departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. Provides solutions or resolves end-user system issues. Epic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire.
