Senior Staffing Coordinator Home Health

BJC HomeCare is seeking a Senior Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our Mason Ridge location in West County!

This individual will be handling incoming admissions and referrals for home health by working out of an EPIC work que to schedule patients and clinicians. They also assist with any scheduling changes between the patient or clinician. 

Ideal applicants will have thorough communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in healthcare or logistics is great! 

Schedule: 
Start between 7:30-8:30.
Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Role Purpose

Create and maintain schedules for a multidisciplinary team of clinicians in a manner that supports exceptional patient care and best practices.
