Looking for a strong OR Nursing Leader who has lead strong OR teams and has experience in strategic hospital leadership.
This leader will be responsible for directing patient care operations for Peri-operative services. They will be a role model for service excellence and build teams that collaborate with others to serve and exceed the expectations of the hospital's customers.This Director will champion pro-active employee relations, manage conflict and/or change towards a productive outcomes. They will strive for continuous improvement and business results that meet/exceed every customer's expectation. They will promote the safety and well-being of all patients and employees within department.
