About the Role: The Practice Manager for Lone Tree Family will lead and oversee the daily operations of a family medical practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This role is pivotal in managing staff, coordinating patient care, and optimizing practice workflows to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. The Practice Manager will be responsible for financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle oversight, to maintain the practice's financial health. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with healthcare providers and external partners to implement policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards. Ultimately, the Practice Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of the practice while fostering a positive work environment for all team members. Additionally, problem-solving and organizational skills are critical for addressing operational challenges, implementing process improvements, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
