Lutheran SeniorLife is a faith-based not-for-profit organization based in the Metro Pittsburgh, PA region and comprised primarily of senior living and healthcare services with a broad range of program options. In addition to traditional senior living communities and services, Lutheran SeniorLife’s wide array of community-based services include Home Health Care and Hospice (VNA), Outpatient Therapy, multiple PACE/LIFE Programs, Adult Day and Senior Centers, ASPIRE Wellness, Meals on Wheels, Adoption and Foster Care, SilverSmart™ Technology, and HUD-sponsored affordable housing properties. Serving the Southwestern Pennsylvania area for over 100 years, Lutheran SeniorLife has evolved and today is also comprised of four campuses with multiple living options, including residential homes and apartments, personal care, nursing and memory support all designed to follow its mission of providing an Abundant Life®, that provides purpose, meaningful activity and enriched lives.

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the community in meeting the needs of the next generation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this individual will be a hands-on, articulate leader with a deep passion for senior living and proven ability in developing and implementing strategic plans.

The successful candidate for this position will be a proven and successful leader in senior living services, health care, or in-home community services such as PACE, home health, hospice, etc. Our ideal finalist has demonstrated leadership skills with governing Boards, partnerships and other constituents that support the continued mission and future growth of programs and services. We seek a visionary that blends analytical skills to assess opportunities with creative thinking to develop innovative future focused solutions. A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or a related field is required (Master’s highly preferred) and ideally, a minimum of ten years’ experience in overseeing a complex, multi-service line portfolio comprised of a myriad of revenue streams.
