This position is responsible for leading Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control. The System Patient Access Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for Outpatient, Inpatient, and Emergency Department Registration, ensuring a seamless and compassionate access experience for every patient, every day. This is a fully onsite role at Fishers Hospital Monday-Friday day shift with availability to round to evenings and weekends required. This leader is deeply committed to creating an exceptional patient experience by making registration processes easy, efficient, and patient-centered.
