Work Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 8:00pm and some Saturday's 9:00am - 1:00pm

Remote Eligible: This position is not eligible for remote work

Special Instructions to Applicant: This is a part-time temporary position, with a maximum of 19.5 hrs. per week.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and office duties and tasks to assist instructional faculty, staff, students and visitors.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements*
? Maintains student records and files and reproduces class materials
? Maintains inventory of supplies
? Receives visitors and answers phone
? Organizes and maintains test files
? Administers and grades examinations
? Prepares reports and responds to requests for information
? Explains and demonstrates machines used in the area
? Assists students, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to present or reinforce learning concepts
? Maintains equipment and materials used within the department and maintains room in clean, orderly manner and provides strict security and accountability

Service Excellence
? Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
? Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
? Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision
? Works under the general supervision of the assigned campus leader

Required Minimum Qualifications:

? High School diploma or GED
? One (1) year working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

? At least one (1) successfully completed course in the specialized field being supported
? Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships
? Skilled using computer applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
