SummaryA recruitment or relocation incentive may be paid to a Highly Qualified candidate. The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Clinical Pharmacy Specialist works collaboratively with HBPC Providers in active pharmacotherapy management of individual patients and assists in the educational mission of the Pharmacy Service. This position does require travel to patient homes for medication management visits. This position operates from the Wausau - WI CBOC. QualificationsApplicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
