| What Learning Development & Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning. Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs. Job Summary The Consultant, Learning Business Partner (LBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business and program leaders, diagnosing performance needs and influencing learning strategy to enable business outcomes. This role operates with professional autonomy and judgment, tailoring solutions based on program context, maturity, and risk. The LBP applies consultative skills, learning expertise, and emerging digital and AI?enabled tools to design, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions. LBP provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes and content creation to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions.
