Experience in High Reliability/Lean Managemen/Six Sigma preferred. BJC Medical Group - Gastroenterology is located on the campus of Progress West Healthcare Center specialize in General surgery and are in O'Fallon, MO. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Practice Administrator leads the business and clinical operations at one or more ambulatory clinics. This role provides comprehensive on-site leadership for clinical and non-clinical operations. Responsibilities include direct supervision of approximately 15-25 providers, management of clinical and non-clinical leaders and staff, managing patient experience, managing financial and administrative activities and developing plans to support operational and team success. Practice Administrators collaborate with hospital departments to ensure operational goals of the practice and partner hospitals are met.
